Job Oil and Gas Company in Indonesia 4 position:
SENIOR PIPING DESIGNER
Qualification & Experience:
Having 5 years or more experience as a piping designer
Having capabilities to review piping specification (fitting, valve, gasket, bolting etc) and piping class requirement
Well understanding on P&ID, Well understanding on Piping System Management
Bachelor degree (S-1) or D-3 Diploma in Mechanical, Material, or Civil engineering.
Having good understanding and knowledge of ASME code for piping (B31.3, B31.4 or 831.8) and piping components
Have capabilities working with Aut0CAD, Have capabilities work with Cadwork
FABRICATION SUPERVISORS
Qualification & Experience:
Having 5 years experience in supervision of fabrication of structures and heavy equipment for Offshore Projects.
Knowledge of fabrication and welding to ASME and AWS 01.1
Proven history of Coordination and planning of projects to 2000 tonnes
Graduation from Technical High School or equivalent is required
Proven history of dimensional control for structures in accordance with Oil and Gas industry specifications using total stations.
PAINTING ENGINEER/COORDINATOR
Qualification & Experience:
Graduation from Technical High School or equivalent is required.
Having 5 years experience in painting of structures and heavy fabrication
for projects in Offshore and Subsea
A proven background with history of Coordination and Planning for blasting and painting crews up to 50 persons.
Painting industry qualifications to NACE level 2 or level 3 or equivalent is required
TEKIA OPERATOR
Qualification & Experience:
Have 3 years experience working with TEKIA
Good understanding with International structure code such as AISC
Good understanding for structure joint connection and structural standard parts
Having good understanding interfacing between TEKIA with HGG Pipe profiling machine will be advantage
Having good capabilities working with 3D cad, Having good capabilities working with TEKLA Software
Min Diploma D3 in Mechanical, Material, or Civil engineering. STM Graduates with sufficient applicable experience will also be considered.
