Sourcing & Logistic Manager
Cikarang (Jawa Barat)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for price negotiation and the establishment of standard pricing with all suppliers
- Monitoring day to day of procurement activity such as RFQ, order process, making forecast, create Po, making delivery schedule, control and maintain Po balance.
- Domestic and international procurement issues (import, export, legal) awareness and management.
- Ensuring vendor quality and delivery schedule by periodic inspection and audit.
- Cost saving, Budgeting, targeting and control.
- Responsible for price negotiation and establishment of standard pricing for all shipping requirements within Indonesia & all shipment from overseas vendor.
- To liaise with Indonesian custom & MIGAS in relation with their facility in importation.
- Stock and Inventory control included determine the disposal method, substitution for high inventory component.
- Warehouse and store control and Management.
- Up date and manage MRP system for Purchasing & Logistic. Propose improvement and settle the system
Requirements:
- Male, S-1 Electrical/Electronics/ mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in electrical panel and understanding about engineering process & parts electrical – mechanical.
- Good knowledge on the activity of sourcing, procurement, expediting, export and Import.
- International Trading and incoterm.
- Good knowledge in MRP for purchasing and store management
- Familiar with MRP and SAP ( Training will be provided )
- Good in English’s oral and written communication skill
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang
