Summary of Job / Qualification :
- Having combination of experiences in public tax consulting Firm and Multinational enterprise minimum 12 years
- Experience in writing various tax advice and tax white paper to internal organization
- Experience in review cross border transactions
- Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy
- USKP brevet is preferable
- Exposure to PSC / JOC is preferable
- Responsible to serve as tax liaison and provides planning, compliance and tax advisory to management and Operation Teams by working collaboratively with Regional and Corporate Tax Coordinator;
- Liaison with Government Institution agencies on tax issues (tax audit, objection disputes, appeal, reconsideration);
- Represent the Tax Team to work with the Industry and related Government Institutions related to tax matters, keep current on the new tax laws and initiate a tax research to determine the impact (in tax costs/savings and need for changes in tax and accounting processes) of these tax laws changes
