HSE Coordinator for Construction

Requirements:
S1/D3 degree in Chemical/Engineering/Environment or Graduation in Safety and Occupational Health at Bachelor level (S1) from reputable university
Understand safety policies, procedures and regulation
Working knowledge in industrial hygiene, environmental management and general safety
Preferably certified Safety Officer and/or Fire Safety Engineer (Ahli K3 Umum atau Ahli K3 Spesialis dan Internal Audit ISO 14001)
Strong analytical, technical skill, problem solving and communication skill
Must be willing to work in BOJONEGORO – East Java
Minimum 3 years experience as HSE/SHE supervisor/coordinator
Familiar with Environment, Health & Safety issues
Having knowledge of the government rules for Environment, Health & Safety.
Having certified AK3 Umum/AK3 Migas Certification
Strong management skill, initiative, dynamic, motivated, result oriented, communication skill
Computer literate, Fluent in English both oral & written
Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and overall direction to plants in Health and Safety Environment areas.
Lead and facilitate the development and implementation of effective programs and procedures that continuously increase overall awareness in HSE/SHE to eliminate undesired incidents at site
Partner with management team to assure compliance with all applicable
plants/company/governmental policies, procedures and regulation
Collaborate with regulatory agencies to ensure HSE concerns are identified and managed properly
Gathers evidence and prepares reports on code violation complaints and construction accidents and fatalities
Maintains records, prepares reports, and composes correspondence relative to the work
Evaluates working conditions and recommends improvements in safety and health
methods, practices, and procedures
Serves as a field coordinator/supervisor responsible for coordinating, reviewing, and participating in the work of field Construction HSE/SHE Manager in a designated region of the state
Reviews accident, injury, and illness reports to detect problem areas related to employee safety
Documents violations through notes, sketches, measurements, and photographs
Develops HSE/SHE annual activity plans and controls expenditures
Prepares and analyzes legislative proposals related to OSHA./construction safety standards.
Develops new standards and recommends revisions to existing standards relative to OSHA/construction safety standards
