- Having 3 years experience in Human Resource area and having strong exposure in Compensation & Benefit, preferably in Oil & Gas industry
- Bachelor Degree S1 in Economic, Management, Industrial Engineering, Psychology
- C&B Analysis & Development

- Good command in English both written & speaking
