Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor Combustion Turbine Units using DCS.
Operate and monitor Heat Recovery Steam Generation Units using DCS.
Operate and monitor Balance of Plant Equipment using DCS.
Perform Operator Routine Duties Checklist (ORDC) and review ORDC data.
Maintain close working relationships and coordination with other related teams in day to day operation and maintenance aspects.
Perform Plant Operation troubleshooting and necessarry action to improve plant reliability.
Support in preparing Daily Report and conditional report of start up, shutdown.
Applying OE-HES regulations, procedures, and programs in daily operation activities.
Conduct coaching and mentoring
Perform other duties as assigned or requested by leader.
Requirements:
Ready to work individually, in work group, in field operations and in shift schedule.
Having fundamental skills and knowledge in mechanical/ instrumentation/electrical concept and also familiar with PC Operations.
Be able to correct and safe operations of the specific equipment under his control.
Familiar with Operational Excellent Management System and Operational Excellent Leadership Roles and Behavior and also Safe practices within Government Regulation related to HES.
Be able to demonstrate the highest standard of integrity and ethical conduct in all business dealings and to builds and maintains trust, respects and supports others.
Have a good interpersonal relationship skill.
Be able to takes initiative to Prevent and Resolve Issues.
Be able to establish effective relationships with people of other cultures and backgrounds.
Strong in ensuring Quality Results.
Strong contribution to Team Success.
Willing to relocate to one of Chevron operations locations (East Kalimantan/Riau).
Have a good leadership and communication, both in Bahasa or English.
Desiring to work in a multicultural and diverse organization.
Strong in seeking learning activities.
Able to establish effective relationships with people of other culture and backgrounds.
Education Level : D3
Minimum GPA : 2.75
