Oil Gas Job Vacancy Jakarta PT Indo Kaya Energi Purchasing and Logistic Staff
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate price, delivery, and payment terms of purchases
- Write purchase orders and process requisitions
- Work continuously to reduce purchasing costs through contacts and purchase consolidations
- Check completeness of goods and services ordered
- Inspect goods delivered and service rendered or in progress
- Communicate with all staff to make successful purchases
- Work with Operation Manager to confirm the goods or services delivered are completed
- Forward work-completed invoices to Accounting staff
- Prepare summary monthly report on all purchases to Operation Manager
- Monitor purchases and report promptly to Operation Manager any anomaly related to amounts, suppliers, and qualities Prepare PO’s to purchase casings from principals after tender is announces and PO from customer is received.
- Prepare pro forma invoice and threading/fabrication statement letter – requiring mill certificates, RKBI (Rencana Kebutuhan Barang Impor) – for customer to support Master List process. (Deadline: delivery due date).
- Coordinate shipping from Batam to customer’s port after collecting (i) Release Certificate, COC (Certificate of Conformance), Tally Sheet, welding certificate from fabrication shop; (ii) mill certificate from principal; (iii) welding certificate from fabrication shop or Data Book from principal for conductors .
- Request vessel to forwarder to deliver to customer.
- Prepare Delivery Ticket and hand carry to customer (conductors) or sent via forwarder (casings) to get signature and stamped from customer.
- Collect Delivery Ticket signed from customers.
- Prepare invoice to customer complete with copy of all documents.
Requirements:
- More than 3 years of experience in Purchasing and orl Logistics in Oil and Gas Industry
- Good commands of written and oral English
- Strong communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Willingness and ability to travel to conduct site visits.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
