Lowongan Kerja Migas Indonesia Custom Specialist
Job Specification :
- Liaise with suppliers to check the availability date to collect/pickup the materials/ goods and organize the transportation/shipping of the materials / goods to ensure that all goods can be delivered on time.
- Prepare and arrange the import / shipping document base on customs law such as proforma invoice, packing list, Bill of Lading/ AWB by liaise with the supplier and forwarder/shipping agent to ensure all import & shipping documents are completed.
- Ensuring smooth custom clearance of all imported material / equipments in cost-effective way and in compliance with the regulation by providing the correct payment of import duty and taxes and also monitoring the customs clearance processing.
- Maintain a good relationship with the Customs and other government institutions concerned on custom finding during clearence and to carry out solving the problem.
- Responsible for preparing & completing of the import document for purposes of regular customs audit.
- Managing a timely report to other government institution in regard with the importation activities.
- Performing the other duties as requested.
Requirements:
- University graduates min. diploma degree (D3) from any discipline
- Maximum 35 years old and have excellence knowledge of Indonesia customs regulation and its procedures.
- Hold the Customs Certificate (PPJK) is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years experience in importing area for oilfield support company or manufacturer and preferable having experience on customs audit
- Familiar with customs clearance processing using Migas Master List facility for Oil & Gas and Temporary Import process.
- Fluent in English for reading, writing, and speaking to deal with international suppliers and affiliates.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, achievement oriented, and strong negotiation skill.
- Willing to stay at Balikpapan
