MIGAS INTERFACE COORDINATOR (CP-A30)
Qualification & Experience:
Having min 5 years experience in DJ-MIGAS certification
Minimum 4 years supervisory or coordination work experience
Minimum three (3) years experiences in inspection of piping system, equipment and facilities on major onshore or offshore project is preferred
BS in Engineering is preferred, or an extensive degree of technical training and experience in the field of Quality inspection or DJ-MIGAS certification
Working knowledge of DJ-MIGAS Regulations and other Government of Indonesia Regulations required to obtain SKPP, SKKP and SKPI certificates of worthiness
Good problem solving aptitude
Basic working knowledge of:
Piping and pressure vessel codes and Quality standards (ASME section V, ASME section VIII, ASME section IXASME B31.3, B31.4, B31.8 and ISO 9001)
Piping, Isometrics and shop Drawings
Indonesia National Standard (SNI)
Basic knowledge of mechanical (rotating equipment, pressure vessels, etc) instrumentation and electrical equipment (generator, transformer, MCC, switch gear, etc) and their function/running test
Well versed in safe work practices
Good oral and written English communication skills report writing, invitation letter, and presentation skills
Good computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
CIVIL / STRUCTURAL INSPECTOR – INFRASTRUCTURE FACILITIES (CP-A29)
Qualification & Experience:
Having 15 years experience in inspection of piping systems on major onshore construction projects.
Bachelor degree in a related field is preferable and is a plus
Certificates in planning and budgeting from recognized institutions are preferable
Skills:
Advance skill in project planning with Primavera and MS Project is a must
Advance skill in the computer application software required in the project (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) is a must
Advance skills in project estimating and budgeting is a must
Skills and experience in the development of commissioning and start-up budget,.
Skills and experience in the development of manpower and vendor support mobilization/demobilization plan and schedules, and the development of lists of required commissioning and start-up spares, consumables, first-fills, special tools, temporary equipment, etc.
Working Knowledge of:
Piping and pressure vessel codes and quality standards (E.g. AWS D1.1, CSA B51, ASME Section III, ASME B31.3, and ISO 9001)
Piping fabrication methods
Welding processes and NDE techniques including evaluation methods
Piping, Isometrics and shop Drawings
Trained to authorize work permits (e.g. hot work, confined space, etc.)
Good oral and written English language skills
Well versed in safe work practices
Demonstrated ability to communicate in multiple languages
SITE MATERIALS COORDINATOR (CP-A22)
Qualification & Experience:
Having min 5 years of Materials Management (at site) and Logistics experience with a project of similar size and scale
Intermediate to Expert Equipment and Materials Logistics Skills including Contracts, Customs, Traffic, and Expediting
Strong analytical, leadership, negotiation and communication skills
Hands on experience with computerized materials management and tracking system
College / University Education or equivalent
Must be a self-starter and able to work in a virtual organization
Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
The ability to speak Javanese is an additionally desirable attribute.
Ability to oversee and monitor EPC Contractor logistics activities including track/monitor key equipment and material movements
WELDING INSPECTOR (CP-A21)
Qualification & Experience:
Have min 15 years in welding inspection activities working to international standards like ANSI B31.3 / API 650 / ASME Sec IX / Norsok / NACE RP 0175. Possess Minimum CSWIP 3.1 or AWS CWI welding inspector qualifications.
Possess ASNT NDT L-II in RT / MT / PT / UT and able to review radiographs to various international standards.
Possess a proactive approach plus willingness to closely monitor and educate the exotic alloy welders
Experience in welding and inspection of exotic alloys like Duplex SS / Super Duplex SS / Inconel 825 is mandatory and highly preferred
Knowledge on purging and maintenance of heat input / interpass temperature required. Familiar with PMI (P-met) / Ferrite checking and review of these reports for compliance.
Experience in working on oil and gas projects involving sour oil service is preferred
Able to read and understand P&IDs, isometrics and GA drawings, both engineering and shop drawings
Able to review PWHT charts and conduct in process spot checking
Able to review hydrotest packs, witness hydrotests and reinstatement works for system acceptance
Experienced in Nitrogen leak tests preferred
Thorough understanding of applicable industry specifications
Native tongue in Bahasa Indonesia with proficiency in spoken and written English language skills for official works preferred. Familiar with Microsoft Office suite of software programs, Lotus Notes, etc.
Well versed in safe work practices including co-ordination with contractors on ensuring radiation safety
PROJECT CONTROLS ENGINEERFIELD FACILITIES (CP-A23)
Qualification & Experience:
Having 10 years of broad experience in the areas of cost estimating, scheduling and project control and have at least five (5) years specific involvement in projects for major process facilities.
Experience with Contractors and worldwide suppliers, in particular those involved in the construction of major onshore facilities.
Experience with project control software programs such as Excel, Word, etc.
Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Accounting.
Good written and verbal communications skills.
Good technical/business team skills, ability to work with others.
SHE&S SAFETY SITE (CP-A24)
Qualification & Experience:
Having 5 7 years in Construction Safety-related positions
College level education or equivalent
Good computer skills including Lotus Notes, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint
CIVIL INSPECTOR (CP-A25)
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES:
Having more 10 years of closely related professional experience, 5+ years inspecting civil/structural works.
Strong organizational, management, and technical judgment skills.
Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities.
Broad and extensive knowledge of:
Industry design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria.
Onshore pipeline and valve station design, construction, and operations.
Bachelor of Science Degree in engineering.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs, Lotus Notes, etc.
Read, write, and speak fluent English, especially as it applies to technical and business communications.
ONSHORE PIPELINE CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR (CP – A26)
Qualification & Experience:
Having 7 years of experience in Oil and Gas with a minimum of 4 years in pipelines.
Strong supervision skills while still able to nurture harmony in the work teams.
BS/ME in Engineering.
Familiar with site safety issues and onshore pipeline construction methods.
Good communication skills in both written and spoken English.
ENVIRONMENT, REGULATORY & SOCIOECONOMIC ADVISOR (CP-A27)
Qualification & Experience:
Having more 5 years broad-based experience preferred, with prior experience in one or more related disciplines (i.e. Environmental, Regulatory and Socioeconomic)
Knowledge of EMCAPS process, and in particular SH&E deliverable requirements
Knowledge of EMDC strategies and key business drivers
Broad project management, technical and SH&E skills with good understanding of working in a project setting and an ability to interact amicably with various external stakeholders
Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Ability to speak Jawanese is an additionally desirable attribute.
Adaptable to changing priorities as focus of activity is expected to vary between the three disciplines.
Willingness to undertake business travel and/or field based short term assignments
Ability to interact proactively in the Projects interest, with EPC contractor, local Government offices and local community in East Jawa province.
E&I INSPECTOR – TOWER (CP-A28)
Qualification & Experience:
Having 10 years technical experience in control systems discipline and have at least five years (5) specific experience working with an EPC Contractor on a large capital project.
Experience with large scale distributed control systems and programmable electronic shutdown designs for major onshore petrochemical facilities
Experience with worldwide suppliers of instrumentation, DCS and other digital control, communications and networked subsystems.
Experience with contractors, vendors, and implementation sub contractors in instrumentation, communications, DCS and other digital control and networked subsystems.
Bachelor of Science in Engineering, (preferably control systems, chemical or electrical).
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with Trains 1 and 2 ICIMS Information and Control Systems.
Technical understanding of stateoftheart control system and information system technology.
experience with hierarchical information and control system structure comprised of networked digital control, shutdown and control and information subsystems, as applied to major onshore and offshore facilities
