Lowongan Kerja Pertambangan di Jakarta Daikin Group dengan posisi sebagai HSE Supervisor, lowongan pertambangan untuk Bachelor degree in occupational Health and Safety / Engineering di PT TATASOLUSI PRATAMA (Daikin Group) Jakarta.
Responsibilities
- Supervising the HSE performance of the selected contractors
- Advising the contractors’ supervisor how to improve their HSE performance
- Inspecting equipment and material
- Develop plans, directs and implements company safety programs. Serves as a technical resource to project supervision and managers.
- Develops and implements safety policies and procedures in compliance with ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001
- Conducts worksite assessments to identify and evaluate safety and health risks and compliance exposures. Develops
- strategies to reduce or eliminate these risks and exposures.
- Plans and delivers training programs for manager and employees.
- Analyses accident causes and associated health hazards to target specific prevention strategies.
- Prepares and maintains required documentation of incident reports, statistics and other reports for use by company personnel.
- Audits project locations to detect existing or potential accident and health hazards and management systems
- deficiencies. Determines appropriate corrective or preventative measures and follows-up and reports to management to ensure measures have been implemented.
- Provides information and communication materials to various worksites to assist with training, safety meetings, informational campaigns, initiatives, etc.
- Assists managers in developing safety goals and objectives. Provides information to management regarding the status of meeting safety goals and objectives.
- Coordinates the investigation of incidents and injuries with site managers.
- Experiences on maintaining QHSE, CHESM / CSMS Document
- Maintain monthly HSE Performance Report
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in occupational Health and Safety / Engineering
- Minimum 2 or 3 experiences preferably in HVAC industry / Electrical projects preferably in Oil and Gas / Building Maintenance / Mining
- An understanding of international standards for safety management is a preferably
- Resourceful, highly motivated, and able to work independently / with team
- Good communication, public relations & trainer skills, and leadership skills
- Understanding HIRA, SOP / JSA
- Expert on general AK3 / AK3 Migas will be advantage
- Willing to work overtime and evening shifts when the project schedule requires this.
- Excellent spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia. Knowledge of other languages is an added advantage
