Catalog Data Management Administrator Kuala Lumpur – Malaysia
The Catalog Data Management Administrator performs all administrative tasks involved in creating and maintaining supplier catalogs.
Successful administrators are customer focused, good communicators, and detail oriented.
This position reports directly to the Procurement Leader for Master Data Management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject.
- Fluency in English language, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in data management systems, including ERP, procurement, and logistics systems preferred.
- Ability to reliably perform detailed QC checks.
- Responsibilities
- Proactively works with suppliers to obtain information to create product catalogs.
- Edits, formats, and enriches catalog data with company attributes and uploads catalogs to catalog management system.
- Reviews and analyzes catalog data for accuracy.
- Monitors tickets raised on catalog content and resolves issues.
- Monitors catalogs for product expiration dates and communicates relevant information to supplier managers.
- Communicates with suppliers on improving data content and quality.
