TECHNICAL SERVICES ENGINEER UNDERGROUND (FREEPORT-BASED)
Qualification & Experience:
- Having 5 years experience in technical, production or business area in explosive, mining or similar product industry
- Have knowledge and 2-3 years experience in underground drill and blast, preferable have experiences in Block Caving and Stope Blasting
- Bachelor qualifications in Mining Engineering
- Significant experience using electronic system and having blasting software knowledge and understanding including Shotplus-1, Cycad, powersieve, Value Calculator.
- Have proven outstanding analytical thinking and excellent communication skills both in Bahasa and English
- Good leadership and mentoring skill
- Willing to be placed and rotated in all underground sites all around Indonesia if required
- Committed to company standards of Safety, Health, Environment and Business ethnics
LOGISTIC COORDINATOR (BONTANG-BASED)
Qualification & Experience:
- Having 6 years experience in supply chain management completed with 3 years experience in SHE/HSE distribution systems and regulations, mining or mining services industry background is preferred
- Bachelor qualifications of any major
- Comprehensive understanding of local regulation on explosive handling especially in Kalimantan area
- Experience in managing sea-air-land distribution operations of dangerous goods
- Have proven outstanding analytical thinking and excellent communication skills both in Bahasa and English
- Good leadership and mentoring skill

BUSINESS PROCESS IMPROVEMENT LEAD (JAKARTA-BASED)
Qualification & Experience:
- Having 8 years relevant business experiences in career roles
- Project management experience
- Bachelor qualification in Engineering, business management or related discipline, Post graduate level preferred
- LSS process skills to at least Green Belt
- Experience in developing and leading a successful process improvement deployment in a comparable environment
- Highly developed leadership, interpersonal, coaching and influencing skills
- Negotiation and conflict resolution to reach consensus and achieve common goals
- Process analysis, problem solving, and project management skills with understanding of effects on bottom-line
- Numerical and statistical competency
- Able to quickly assess processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Effective communication skills transferring complex information into practical actions both in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Committed to company standards of Safety, Health, Environment and Business ethnics
