KTT Kepala Teknik Tambang - Site Manager
Kalimantan Selatan - Daerah Tambang Batubara batu licin
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Mining/Mineral), Geographical Science, Geology/Geophysics or equivalent.
- Required language: Chinese, English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 3 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Daerah Tambang Batubara batu licin.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Geology/Geophysics or equivalent.
- Contract position available.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible and ensure all mining activity running well and comply with all Government regulationsand procedures at the SiteManage and control all mining sites operation
- Manage and control all civil work,contruction and Land CompensationTo provide budget preparation and control
- Maximise the return on the project by exceeding bottom line performance expectations for the project through the delivery of an avoidable risk,a high focus on operational performance, and development of a competent workforce.
- Well understanding about mining operation (facility/equipment/manpower)
- Familiar with HSE Procedure & Documentation including development and implementation of the Project Safety Plan
- Able to manage both natural resources and human resources to achieve efficient and productive result
- Able to make a plan execution, including production mining analysis and cost
- Able to prepare reports to authorized bodies in mining industry ; prepare and handle report presentation
- Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Good helath and able to work under pressure
- Self confident and tactful to communicate with people in every level within the organization/corporate/ government High responsibility, Hard worker, Good motivation
