Supply Chain Management Specialist (Ext-52/SCM/EXP/CHEVRON-IBU/HO/2013)
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years working experience in developing Contract, Tender Process, Contract Management, and Contract Administration
- Strong Knowledge of contracting philosophy, contract drafting, tender process, negotiation, contract implementation, contract amendment, financial tracking/monitoring
- Good communication and interpersonal skill. Fluent in English both Speaking and writing
- Possess BPMIGAS Certificate PTK-007
- Fluent in verbal and written communication : English & Bahasa
- Flexible and open minded
- Able to demonstrate the highest standard of integrity and ethical conduct in all business dealings and to builds and maintains trust, respects, and supports others
- Strive to earn the trust of colleagues and partner
- Strong in seeking learning activities
- Able to establish effective relationships with multicultural people in diverse organization
- Have willingness to be relocated to Chevron operations locations (All area)

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the Procurement Plan for all Procurement activities
- Work with SCM Group to manage the procurement process for every required contract
- Manage the implementation of the contract including administration of billing processes and contract terms and conditions, and contract amendment if required
