Lowongan Migas di Jawa Timur Branch Manager
Responsibilities:
In charge overall Surabaya branch operations.
Direct supervision of Customer services and Operations team.
Analysis of the costs with the target of minimizing them whenever possible
Control and approval of payment vouchers for operations in SBY
Create standard operating procedures or improve the existing ones
Prepare and submit presentations to clients together with Country manager
Assistance in researching new clients and promoting the company, in liaison with the Country manager
Select new sub-contractors and audit the existing ones
Propose improvements of the Management system in liaison with the country manager.
Manage the staff, propose and select new employees together with HRD Dept.
Direct supervision and involvement in big projects locally and overseas and in some case at offshore locations and remote areas.
Other duties as required on case to case basis
Travel ability domestically or internationally whenever required.
Requirements:
Education Background S1 all major
IPK Min 3.00
Female / Male
Max age 45 years
Experience in Freight Forwarding industry min 5 years
Familiar with customs regulations for import & export, formalities and Master List.
Familiar in Oil and Gas , mining industries
Have knowledge or trainings in relation to ISO, QHSE, Compliance
Strong interpersonal skills
Motivated and self directed professional that can operate within proper guidelines
Advanced MS Office skills
Fluent in English
PPJK holder is a plus.
Report to the Country manager.
