Provide support to all tenders / proposals prepared by the Mining business line to ensure the reliability of all tenders / proposals prior to submission.
Coach and mentor of technical support staff and key national staff in order to assist them understand and manage the technical implications within contracts.
Monitor, support and liase with HR department to Facilitate the graduate development program in order to participate in developing new talents.

Resposibilities
- We are looking for HSE-oriented individuals to be responsible for planning and executing well design programs
- Manage and monitor drilling programs, program amendments and dispensations to policy to ensure they are delivered on schedule
- Working closely with resource teams, geologists, production and vendor personnel
- Prepare cost estimates and cost trackings
- Support say-to-day drilling operations
- Produce downhole equipment specifications for deepwater HPHT wells.
- Ensure that the well construction design is fit for purpose and cost effective
- Perform post-analyses for learning, identification and implementation of new technology - Prepare end of well reports.
- Coach and mentor junior Drilling Engineers
- Conduct and ensure adequate third party Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
Requirements:
- Bachelor´s Degree in an engineering discipline
- A minimum of 10 years of Drilling Engineering experience, with 2 years of deepwater drilling experience.
- Ability to work with a cross-functional team
- Planning and design skills, cost estimation and risk analysis, operation support as well as HSE behaviors - Experience working with third party service providers.
- Ability to work to timelines with minimum supervision.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Personal commitment and proactive approach to HSE, process safety and operational risk mitigation
