MATERIAL MAN – Balikpapan
Qualification :
- Have 3 years of working in mining or oil & gas company
- Male, with minimum age of 30 years old
- Minimum Bachelor or equivalent, higher education degree will be given preference.
- Able to speak English
- Computer literate
- Willing to work at the field
- Honest and full responsibly
- Must be committed to a high standard of safety and be willing and able to comply with all safety laws, regulations and company’s safety policies.
- Balikpapan based preferred
RIG SUPERINTENDENT
Qualification :
- Having more 10 years progressive experience of drilling operations.
- Having more 5 years as Superintendent.
- Onshore drilling knowledge
- Knowledge of industry codes and regulations
- Male, with minimum age of 35 years old
- Must have formal technical or management training.
- A Bachelor degree in engineering or business is preferred
- Must have valid IADC/Well Control and MIGAS Certificate.
- Other certificates (H2S, Fire Fighting, Offshore Survival, etc.) may be required by the Company or the customer.
- Man management experience
- Leadership and employee development skills, able to lead, motivate coach and mentor.
- The ability to interact in a multi-cultural environment
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
