Job Description and Responsibilities :
- Maintain accurate record, reordering, follows up status and requirement of Raw Materials activities.
- Responsible for the entire operation of all activities relating to proper storage and issuing of materials in accordance with Goodyear standard, Materials procedure are received according to Purchase Order specification and Raw Materials are laboratory tested before releasing to production.
- Analyze and forecasting impact changes from bill of materials and quantity inquiries changes per latest demand using current interface
- Timely release quantity inquiries
- Monitoring on expediting material and deliveries by demonstrating good coordination both with Purchasing and Traffic Department
- Tactical and logical thinking of material shortages procedure by demonstrating good coordination with Material Process , Production Scheduler , Purchasing and Traffic Department
