Summary of Job / Qualification :
Minimum education: S1 (S2/Master degree wil be an advantage).
Responsibility:
- Work as strategic business partner with management in the operating company or department/staff organizations.
- Integrates and applies knowledge of HR and the customer's business to contribute to the organizations's bottom line.
- Involved in a wide-variety of business related activities that focus on enhancing organizational performance, developing a competent and committed workforce and building organizational capabilities that directly impact business strategies.
- Accountable for the delivery of HR services to their client base.
- Manage multiple HR projects and diverse consulting relationships.
- Integrates network expertise and industry associates needed to gather relevant market information.
Requirements:
- Have significant expertise in Human Resources matters.
- Fluent in English.
- Communicates various message types to diverse audience - positive or negative messages delivered to internal or external audiences comprised of individuals, teams, and organizations.
- Able to communicate clearly.
- Flexible and open minded; is sought out to evaluate and analyze strategic opportunities providing potential value.
- Able to demonstrate the highest standard of integrity and ethical conduct in all business dealings and to builds and maintains trust, respects, and support others.
